We utilize conventional survey methods, terrestrial LiDAR (3D scanning) and UAS aerial LiDAR and photogrammetric mapping to produce standardized and/or customizable deliverables to our clients. Our team tackles topographic and boundary/ROW projects large and small throughout the northwest - supporting projects for federal, state, city, utility, transportation, power/energy, industrial, and private residential/commercial development.

Position Summary:We are seeking a Field Technician to support our land surveying projects. The ideal candidate would have experience using total stations, static scanners, and GPS equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Adjust and operate surveying instruments.
- Perform differential level circuits with level rods from benchmarks to establish project elevations.
- Record survey measurements and descriptive data, using notes, drawings, sketches, and inked tracings.
- Conduct surveys to ascertain the locations of natural features and human-made structures.
- Search for section corners, property monuments, and other evidence of occupation.
- Set and recover stakes, mark;s, and other monumentation.
- Perform manual labor, such as cutting brush for lines, carrying stakes, rebar, other heavy items, and equipment neeed to perform work.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Associates degree or higher
