Cadastral Tribal (CFedS)

Overview

With Certified Federal Surveyors (CFedS) on staff, S&F specializes in surveys for tribal governments and federal agencies that require a deep understanding of BLM standards and tribal land use. Our work helps protect tribal land interests, establish legal boundaries, and support infrastructure and planning.

What We Do

  • Conduct CFedS-certified boundary, cadastral, and ROW surveys
  • Deliver plats and monuments that meet BIA and BLM standards
  • Perform ALTA and topographic surveys for tribal trust lands
  • Support infrastructure and housing development through precise mapping
  • Collaborate with tribal leaders and agencies to support sovereign goals
