


Overview
With Certified Federal Surveyors (CFedS) on staff, S&F specializes in surveys for tribal governments and federal agencies that require a deep understanding of BLM standards and tribal land use. Our work helps protect tribal land interests, establish legal boundaries, and support infrastructure and planning.
What We Do
- Conduct CFedS-certified boundary, cadastral, and ROW surveys
- Deliver plats and monuments that meet BIA and BLM standards
- Perform ALTA and topographic surveys for tribal trust lands
- Support infrastructure and housing development through precise mapping
- Collaborate with tribal leaders and agencies to support sovereign goals

Taholah Village Relocation – Quinault Indian Nation – Taholah, WA
S&F performed cadastral retracements and developed final plat maps for relocating the village outside the tsunami zone.

2024 BIA Review Survey – MT, NM, ND, SD, MS
Our team supported the Bureau of Indian Affairs with a multistate survey review, helping maintain accurate cadastral records.
